Some of you have expressed an interest in "benign functionality" compounds, because you've seen this on the molecule detail page. On the subsets page, we call these the "clean" subsets. http://zinc.docking.org/browse/subsets/ I have modified the text on this page to indicate that clean subsets contain only molecules with benign functionality.

paste SMILES in search page

Sorry to hear you have been having trouble.
Can you tell me what browser and O/S you are using? Can you try to do the same thing on another (more recent?) browser and tell me whether the same problem occurs. Finally, try it with just two SMILES, and see whether that works.
Your debugging information will help us track down this problem.

paste smiles in structure search web page
Dear Dr. Irwin,
I want to search ZINC database with several compounds simultaneously. So I use the web page structure search, paste smiles. But after paste the smiles in a windows, the web site return back to search page with empty smiles except the last one. Am I doing something wrong? And how to fix this?
