A few functions are not working this morning after docking.org went down. Many things work (ZINC, static pages of DOCK Blaster, DUD, etc) but a few things (DOCK Blaster jobs, DUDE jobs) are having some problems.
We will attend to them when San Francisco wakes up in a few hours...

Server Restored
All services should now be operating normally. There was another brief period of downtime around 9:45 here in San Francisco.
Beginning early this morning, we received a huge number of simultaneous requests that amounted to an unintentional DDOS attack. We have made changes to prevent the issue from occurring again.
As a reminder to users: when using automated tools or scripts to download from ZINC, please set a limit on the number of simultaneous requests. We will limit users to 5 at most and simply fail any additional requests. If you are interested in downloading large sets of search results please feel free to contact us. We would be happy to assist in achieving the best possible performance.
